ESP not showing in match

Overlay draws but hero ESP is not showing at all, even on a green status.

Hero ESP boxes drawn in a Marvel Rivals match

Loaded into a match and the overlay draws fine, but hero ESP is not showing at all. The Updates page is green so I do not think it is a patch. Fresh Windows 11 install.

Menu opens, the toggles are on, but in match I get nothing on screen. What should I check before I open a support ticket?

    Anyone got experience with this before I buy?

    Read the Features list against the live menu and check the Updates page has a recent green build. Same package on monthly and lifetime.

    Been on it a couple of seasons. Rebuilds land after patches, so wait for green and you are fine.
